Brief Introduction
Task admins can manage tasks in Settings. This way, tasks are up-to-date and meet the business needs.

Instructions
You can view and edit the tasks you created in Settings. To start, go to Settings then select Task Management.
View Tasks
Select a task. To view, click the eye icon.
The task quick view will appear showing all the task details.
Edit Tasks
There are 2 ways to edit. The first option is by clicking Edit in the Task Quick View.
The second option is to hover a task and click Edit.
Once the Edit button is clicked, the Task Builder Form will be displayed. Here, you can edit the following:
Task Design
Display Name
Color
Full Name
Task Settings
Allowed Task Assigner
Allowed Task Assignees
Allow Task Assignment To
Default Message
Restrictions
Restrict Task Editing To
Restrict Cancellation To
Other Task Settings
Show Due Date
Automate Task Reminders
Responses
Restrict Task Response To
