Brief Description
A form can be duplicated to suit a slightly different purpose without having to rebuild it entirely. This is useful when variations of a form are needed for different contexts or departments.

This article is relevant for Document Version Form Admins only.
Instructions
To duplicate a form, go to Settings and click Document Version Forms.
Hover over your selected form. Click the duplicate icon.
Rename your form. Make sure that the form name is unique.
Click Next to proceed.
Common Issues
Duplicate Form Name
The system does not support duplicate form name. To solve this, please ensure to enter to unique form name.
