Brief Description
Default fields ensure that certain essential information is consistently captured across all forms. Additionally, default fields save time for both form creators and users. There’s no need to repeatedly add basic fields, which speeds up form creation and completion.

Instructions
Go to Settings and click Document Version Forms.
Click Manage.
The Default Form form builder will appear. In this form builder, you can:
Add new fields
Edit existing fields
To proceed with the changes, click Publish.
