Exporting documents allows users to download and create new versions of them, enabling them to review the original file and make any necessary revisions.

This article is relevant for all registered users.
Instructions
Go to Vault.
Click Export.
Click Select Files.
You can select 1 document, multiple documents, or all documents to export.
To proceed, click the download icon.
