Brief Introduction

Rejecting a signing request allows the signatories to formally decline to sign a document when they disagree with its content, need further clarification, or identify errors or omissions. This ensures that signatories are not bound to terms they cannot agree to or that may not align with their legal, ethical, or professional obligations.

Rejecting a signing request also provides a clear communication channel for requesting revisions, negotiating terms, or addressing concerns, thus preventing the execution of inaccurate or incomplete agreements. It maintains the integrity of the signing process by ensuring that only mutually acceptable documents are signed.
