Brief Introduction
When an admin registers a user on their behalf, it streamlines the onboarding process, saves time, and increases overall efficiency.
Impact
Please note that adding a user in Lexagle will utilize an additional license.
Role
This article is relevant for superadmins and user admins only.
Instructions
Go to Settings.
Click Users.
Click Add User.
Fill the following details:
Email
Username
Password - for the password, the default option is to generate a system-generated password to be sent to the user. But you may also enter a temporary password.
Profile Photo - you can also upload a photo for the user to be registered.
First Name
Last Name
Role - the default role assigned to all new users is Normal User. But, you can also assign more roles based on the available role options.
To proceed, click Add New User. The user will receive an email containing his username and temporary password.
