Brief Introduction
As business processes evolve or team structures change, the responsibilities and permissions of different roles may need to be adjusted. Editing roles ensures that the system stays aligned with current organizational needs, allowing it to remain relevant and effective over time.

Instructions
Go to Settings.
Click Roles.
Click Manage then Edit Role.
Role information will appear. Edit the fields and permissions as needed.
To proceed, click Save.
