Mistakes in initial task assignments or access rights can occur. Admins having the ability to edit reassignment allows for quick corrections, minimizing any impact on workflow or productivity.

This article is relevant for superadmins and user admins.
Instructions
Go to Settings.
Click Users.
The list of users will appear. Click on the kebab menu and select Manage Account.
Click Manage Assignments.
Click Edit Handover.
The list of handover items will be displayed. Edit the handover as needed.
To save changes and continue with the handover, click Proceed.
