Brief Introduction
Deactivating a user immediately revokes their access to the system, preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data or resources after they leave the organization or no longer require access.
Impact
Deactivating users frees up system licenses or subscriptions, allowing those resources to be reallocated to active users and ensuring cost efficiency.

This article is relevant for superadmins and user admins.
Instructions
Go to Settings.
Click Users.
Click the kebab menu and select Deactivate and Handover.
The handover modal will appear. Select your preferred type of handover:
Handover all items to a single user
Handover each item to specific users
To continue, click Proceed.
