Brief Introduction
Deactivating a user immediately revokes their access to the system, preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data or resources after they leave the organization or no longer require access.
Impact
Deactivating users frees up system licenses or subscriptions, allowing those resources to be reallocated to active users and ensuring cost efficiency.

Instructions
Go to Settings.
Click Offboarding.
The list of deactivation requests will appear. Additionally, on this page, you can do the following:
Search handover
Filter handovers by status
Edit handover
Delete handover
Rerun failed handover
