Brief Introduction

Deactivating a user immediately revokes their access to the system, preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data or resources after they leave the organization or no longer require access.

Impact

Deactivating users frees up system licenses or subscriptions, allowing those resources to be reallocated to active users and ensuring cost efficiency.

Role

This article is relevant for superadmins and user admins.
