Agreement Files

When uploading an agreement, ensure that the file selected follows the specifications below.

  • File Type

    • Portable Document Format File (.pdf)

    • Microsoft Word File (.docx only)

  • File Size - Maximum size is up to 10 MB.

  • File Name - The name should be limited to 255 characters.

Supporting Files

When uploading supporting files, ensure that the files selected follow the specifications below.

  • File Type

    • Portable Document Format File (.pdf)

    • Microsoft Word Files (.docx, .doc)

    • Microsoft Excel Files (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm)

    • Microsoft Powerpoint Files (.pptx, .ppt, .pps)

    • Microsoft Access Database File (.mdb)

    • OpenOffice Document File (.odt)

    • OpenDocument Spreadsheet Document File (.ods)

    • OpenDocument Presentation Document File (.odp)

    • Text File (.txt)

    • Rich Text Format File (.rtf)

    • Comma Separated Values File (.csv)

    • Data Files (.dat, .log)

    • Email Files (.eml, .emlx, .email, .msg, .oft)

    • Image Files (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .svg, .bmp, .heic)

    • Video File (.mp4)

    • Audio Files (.mp3, .aac, .m4a, .flac, .mpa, .wma, .amr)

    • HyperText Markup Language File (.html, .htm)

    • LaTeX source file (.tex)

    • Adobe User Interface Design File (.xd)

  • File Size - Maximum size is up to 6 MB.

  • File Name - The name should be limited to 235 characters.

Note: Executable files (.exe, .run, .bin etc) are not allowed.

Template Files

When uploading files to be used as a dynamic or static template, ensure that the files selected follow the specifications below.

Dynamic Template

Note: Ensure that your file has highlighted variables before uploading.

  • File Type

    • Microsoft Word File (.docx only)

  • File Size - Maximum size is up to 6 MB.

  • File Name - The name should be limited to 235 characters.

Static Template

  • File Type

    • Microsoft Word File (.docx only)

    • Portable Document Format File (.pdf)

  • File Size - Maximum size is up to 6 MB.

  • File Name - The name should be limited to 235 characters.

Note: Password protected files are not allowed for agreements, supporting files, or template files.
