How do I setup a Dynamic Table in my templates?

Dynamic Table is a table whose number of rows varies according to the data inputted in the form. Here are the steps on how to setup your tables in Templates:

In Microsoft Word:​

Locate and open the document with dynamic table

Right-click and select Table Properties > Alt Text tab ​

In the Title, add prefix <TABLE> Name of Table and click OK. Once done save the document.​

In Lexagle:

Click Templates​ > New Templates

Fill out all the required fields, select dynamic template and click Next​

Upload the saved document, click Upload and click ‘Next’​

Variable for the added table placeholder will now show (Format: Table).

Header and Row Configuration

To Edit Header Label, select the header and input you Header labels

Click Test if you want to test the dynamic table and click next and you will be directed to the preview of the form.

You can also add rows by clicking the +Add Row or delete existing Row records by clicking the delete button.

Once done you can publish the template with dynamic table placeholder​.
