Vault is built on a relational file system - which leverages metadata from contracts (agreement information) and existing relationships between contracts.

It is different from conventional file systems which use folders as a nesting system, where everyone gets the same view but have differences based on access.

As such, the Lexagle Vault allows our users to customise what they want to see through Dynamic Views.

Dynamic View

Dynamic view is a unique view created by each Vault user. Every dynamic view is done on an individual level, and belongs to individual users.

Each dynamic view is an unique set of data that combines some filter & sort logic, saved with a name label.

To create a dynamic view, navigate to the Vault page from the left navigation bar.

  • Search, filter, and/or sort the data to your desired view.

  • Then, click on the + button in the Views section (top left corner).

  • Name your customised view and click on the Save button.
