Do I need a Lexagle account to sign?
No, you will not need a Lexagle account to complete a signing request.
If you are a non-registered Lexagle user, you will receive a signing request via email to complete your signing request. The email will contain a secure access link for accessing Lexagle.
If you are a registered Lexagle user, you will be prompted to sign in as part of completing your signing request.
What does sequential signing mean?
Sequential signing is Lexagle’s feature that allows your signatories to sign in a determined sequence. For instance, you can have internal signatories complete the signing before it is sent to your external signatories.

Will my CC'ed users gain access to the signing room or receive a copy of the agreement?
When creating the signing request, you can indicate for each CC’ed user whether they should be given these additional privileges.
Otherwise, they will only be notified of the list of signatories and the signing sequence (if applicable) by default.
Can I see other signatories' signatures before I sign?
You will only be able to see the signatures of other signatories if they have signed before you. Otherwise, you will only be able to see their signatures in the final signed copy of the agreement, which you will receive once the signing request is completed.
How do I set or change the order of who signs?

What happens if the signing is cancelled?
Signing can only be cancelled by the preparer of the document (also known as the sender).
Once the sender has cancelled signing, all signatures applied on the document will become invalid and the document will be reverted to its original state.
You will also not be able to access the partially signed document, given that the document has been reverted to its original state.
What happens if the signing is rejected?
Signing can be rejected by the signatories under two circumstances: firstly, in the event that they reject signing, and secondly, in the event that the due date for the signature request has lapsed.
Once the signatory has rejected signing, all signatures applied on the document will become invalid and the document will be reverted to its original state.
You will also not be able to access the partially signed document, given that the document has been reverted to its original state.
What happens if the signing has expired?
Signing can expire in the event that all signatories have not finished signing, and the due date for the signing request has lapsed.
Once the signing request has expired, all signatures applied on the document will become invalid and the document will be reverted to its original state.
You will also not be able to access the partially signed document, given that the document has been reverted to its original state.
Can I edit the signing request after it has been sent?
You will not be allowed to edit the signing request once it is sent to your signatories. This is to ensure the integrity of the signing transaction, so you are unable to edit:
The document sent for signing
The signatories involved in signing
The CC'ed users for signing
If you would like to edit your existing signing request, we suggest cancelling the existing signing request and starting a new one.
What happens after the signing is complete?
Once signing is completed, all signatories & the preparer will receive a copy of the fully signed document.
CC’ed users given the privilege will also receive the signed copy.
You will not be able to edit the document once all signatures have been applied to the document. This is to ensure the integrity of the signing transaction & the signed document.
Can I send out multiple documents within the same signing request?
Yes, you can now send multiple documents within the same signing request.
