Tasks allow you to assign actions to a message or agreement to manage your workflow. You can assign a task to someone else or to yourself.
Assign Task
To assign a task, drag a task tag to a message or agreement you want to assign a task.
Select an Assignee for the task.
Select a Due Date for the task. This is optional.
Enter a Message to describe the task. This is optional.
Upload Attachments for the task. This is optional.
To proceed, click on the Submit button.
Manage Task
For a task that you created or were assigned, you can manage the task to either:
Edit the task information by clicking on the Edit button.
Cancel the task by clicking on the Cancel button.
View Task History and audit trail of the task by clicking on the clock button.
