An Image variable represents an unknown image in your document (i.e company logo). Setting up image variable will allow your template user to easily add images in the form that they're currently working on.

Note: Only template managers can setup the templates.

In order to setup your image variable:

In Microsoft Word:

Place a rectangle shape (or any shape) in the document

Right click on the shape and select Edit Alt Text

Add <IMAGE>[Image Title] and Save the document.

In Lexagle:

Click Templates > New Template

Fill out all the required fields, Select Dynamic Template and click Next

Upload the saved document, click upload and click Next.

Variable for the added image placeholder will now show (Format: Image). Select the ‘Test’ button

Select Add File and upload the file to test the image

Once done, select Next and you can publish the template with image placeholder
