There are two types of files that you can upload in a room.
Agreements
Legal documents that require drafting, reviewing, and signing.
Versioning will be tracked and changes will be documented using redline.
Supporting Files
Other documents that serve as references for the agreements or for other users.
e.g. Emails
You can refer to this article to learn about the allowed file types and specifications.
Upload File
To upload files, you can either do so by:
Dragging & Dropping the file(s) from your local file system
e.g. Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder
Clicking on the Attach button or the + button
Upload Drawer
After dragging & dropping or clicking the buttons, you will see the upload drawer.
You can enter a message to accompany the uploaded files. This is optional.
You can upload more agreements or supporting files.
You can also select and generate a template from the Template Library.

For each uploaded file, you will need to indicate:
File Type - Agreement or Supporting File.
Upload As - Whether it is a new agreement or a new version of the previous agreement.
Rename File Name - You can change the file name here if you wish to by selecting the pen icon. This is optional.
Status
Internal Draft - this contract is still in discussion and is not finalised.
Sent to External - your contract has been circulated to all the parties involved.
From External - you received this contract from your counterparty.
Fully Signed - this contract has been fully signed by the signatories.
To proceed, click on the Upload button.
Version Information
After the files are uploaded, you will be prompted to fill in the Version Information for agreements.
For each agreement, version information is required before sending and signing.
To proceed, click on the Save button.
